KrishaWeb Achieves CMMI Level 3: Raising the Bar for Structured, Reliable Software Delivery

KrishaWeb has reached an important milestone: our company has been officially appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3, and we’re excited to share what that really means for you as our customer. This recognition isn’t just about a certificate on the wall; it’s about how we plan, build, and deliver your projects with more predictability, quality, and accountability.

What CMMI Maturity Level 3 Actually Means

CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a globally recognized framework that evaluates how mature and reliable a company’s processes are for delivering technology projects.

Being at Maturity Level 3 – Defined means:

  • Our processes are documented, standardized, and followed across the organization.
  • We don’t rely on individual heroics or one-off approaches.
  • Projects run on proven methods and standards rather than ad hoc decisions.

In practical terms, it shows that we work in a structured, repeatable way, so you get consistent outcomes instead of variability from project to project.

The CMMI Level 3 Certification for KrishaWeb

Our appraisal was carried out by Certiva Limited, an accredited certification body based in the UK. KrishaWeb Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has been independently assessed and found compliant with CMMI Maturity Level 3, using the official Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (version 1.3).

The certification covers the core services we provide every day, including:

  • Software development
  • Website development
  • Operation and computer programming
  • Maintenance and related consultancy

The certificate is valid from 4 February 2026 and remains in force until 3 February 2029, provided we continue to pass regular surveillance audits. This means our systems and processes will be reviewed periodically to ensure we maintain the same high standard over time, not just at a single point in time.

What This Means for You as a Client

You don’t hire a partner for their process framework; you hire them for outcomes. CMMI Level 3 simply gives you more confidence that those outcomes will be predictable and reliable.

1. More Predictable Projects, Fewer Surprises

With defined and repeatable processes, we can estimate, plan, and manage projects more accurately.

  • You get clearer timelines and expectations.
  • There’s less “last-minute chaos” around launches and go‑lives.
  • Issues are anticipated earlier instead of being discovered at the end.

2. Consistent Quality, Not Just One Good Project

Because our way of working is standardized across teams, you don’t get quality that depends on which individual you happen to work with.

  • Code quality, testing practices, and reviews follow common standards.
  • Lessons learned from one project are built into how we execute the next.

3. Better Risk and Change Management

Digital projects always involve change—scope shifts, new priorities, or evolving requirements.

  • We follow structured methods for managing risks and changes.
  • Impact on time, cost, and quality is assessed, communicated, and managed.
  • You remain in control instead of being surprised mid‑project.

4. Processes That Scale With Your Growth

Whether you need a single website or a long-term roadmap of products and platforms, CMMI Level 3 ensures that our way of working can scale.

  • Governance, documentation, and communication don’t fall apart as projects grow.
  • Multiple teams can work in parallel with shared standards and coordination.

5. A Culture of Continuous Improvement

The appraisal doesn’t stop at “pass or fail.” It highlights strengths and areas to improve.

  • We actively refine our processes based on data and feedback.
  • We treat every project as an opportunity to improve how we deliver the next one.

What Was Evaluated Behind the Scenes

The appraisal looked at how we actually run our projects and operations—not just what we claim in presentations. Among other areas, it examined:

  • How we gather and manage requirements
  • How we design and engineer solutions
  • How we plan, track, and control projects
  • How we test, review, and assure quality
  • How we manage risks, issues, and changes
  • How we standardize processes and train our teams

The result: our management system was judged mature enough to meet the criteria for CMMI Maturity Level 3, across the services we provide.

Why This Matters When You’re Choosing a Partner

When you outsource software or web development, you are trusting someone else with your brand, your customer experience, and often your revenue. That decision carries risk.

A CMMI Level 3 appraisal helps reduce that risk because it shows that:

  • We have been reviewed by an independent, accredited body.
  • Our processes are not improvised; they are defined and repeatable.
  • We have a governance model that supports long-term, complex work.
  • We are committed to maintaining and improving these standards over several years.

For you, this means more confidence in selecting KrishaWeb for strategic initiatives, whether that’s a new digital product, a large website, or ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Our Commitment Going Forward

We see this certification as a foundation, not a finish line. Over the coming years, we will keep:

  • Evolving our processes as technology and best practices change
  • Investing in training so our teams apply these standards consistently
  • Aligning our process discipline with your business goals, so structure never becomes bureaucracy and always serves outcomes
